My salesperson was Greg. He was the nicest car salesperson I have encountered, and I have purchased many vehicles. He was very thorough. He was able to set up my BlueLink for me since I couldn't take delivery until a few days later. This allowed me to keep tabs on my new vehicle, and have piece of mind before it was in my possession. He was just a genuinely very nice person. One of the biggest things was that he was so quick with communication. I would send him a message or call and he would reply almost immediately. I was worried that after the deal was done, that communication would slow, and I would be less of a priority, however he was still so quick with his responses and was still happy to answer any questions I had after the fact. I can't thank him enough for that. Also, the deal that we agreed on over the phone, was the same deal that was printed in front of me when I arrived at the dealership. No additional random fees or changes. The price was the price and it was nice not to have to haggle about it after driving all the way down there. Kayla was someone else I had talked to on the phone. Her honesty about the price and the certain discounts and how they worked was much appreciated. Lastly, Tim in finance was also amazing. It was a relief not to have to argue about why I didn't want to add certain things. He offered me the packages and explained them, but when I said no, he didn't push. He was thorough with the paperwork and answered all my questions about fine print etc. He never seemed annoyed, and he didn't try to push me to just sign forms and move on. He was also just a very genuine person.
