Very poor, no communication, terrible. Your dealer won’t notice after you signed the papers to the car. They take short cuts to make profit, they don’t do things properly, they’ll lie to you.
If you can get another car somewhere else, I highly would recommend that.
I would probably spend a couple grand than a new car or driver further out to a better location.

Man where to begin with this dealership?

Started out working with a sales associate (Liz?) that gave me an offer on my truck which I was intending to trade in for one of the vehicles on the lot. I accepted the offer, afterward, I spoke with Sam, whom I believe is an assistant manager of the dealership?

Anyways, apparently this salesperson had no authority to make me an offer. Normally you would expect a salesman to be fired for something like this but no, Sam treated it like this was commonplace and not a big deal. Afterward Sam told me that the offer of $57,000 for my truck was not possible and the best he could do was $53,000, even though this was well below the market value, the vehicle I wanted to purchase from them was priced well so I hesitantly proceeded.

I started working on the deal and paid a $500.00 (refundable) deposit for the delivery of the vehicle to my residence. After speaking with the finance department I was greeted with more bad news that swung the deal even further in favor of this dealership. I had the paperwork but had a bad feeling about signing so I didn't. I contacted another dealership that was in a different state about my trade and interest in a truck they had and they offered me $60,000 on the spot and worked with me on the price for the truck they had which was more expensive albeit much better equipped (tires weren't bald, side steps, tonneau cover) so I called Sam to discuss.

Sam was nice and helpful and understood the fact that making a deal at his dealership made no sense, since they lowballed me on my truck. The next day I called him to verify that the deposit I gave to him for delivery would be refunded and he assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. It's now been 35 days, Sam as ceased responding to my messages for the past three weeks and I've had to open up a dispute with my bank to get the money back.

Don't shop here, these people don't do good business and it shows. I would give zero stars if possible.

They will tell you that your approved just bring in your bank statements for proof of income etc even that they will help you with the DP but I got there and it was a complete different story. The car I went for was not even there and I even called asking if the car was for sure there I'm over 1.5 hr away I was told yes. But that was a lie. I tested them knowing that a car was not there she said yes sir it's available I said are you sure bc I didn't see it at the dealer she said nope I'm lying I said yes your are lying I was at the dealership and was told it sold while at the dealer. She then said even if it was you couldn't afford it and some how this random girl I never dealt with knew everything I was approved for and other details that I didn't authorize her to see or know about. Which is why I'm taking this issue much further. They will not keep your person info private so be very careful. Find your own financing do not let them do it for you. Remember with car dealers if it sounds to good to be true it is.

Couldn’t work out a deal.. unfortunate, MD Is a horrible salesman literally rude trying to over talk me and left me wanting outside for over 30min when he told me he was only going to be 2min. Sunny on the other hand is great and really the only reason I’m even leaving a review. These stars are for him not the company.

Horrible experience! I was an inexperienced buyer and this will be a lesson learned for me from here on out. Entire process was very shady. Continuously telling me on thing I wanted to hear and then doing the opposite. Told me a specific down payment and then once I test drove and came back to buy, the down payment went up. We Bought the car and waited for about an hour to be told something was wrong with the car and we could not take it that day. The Salesman let us back to the shop area where they work on the cars to show us it wouldn’t start. The mechanic working on my car was not exactly comfortable speaking English so him and my boyfriend continued to speak Spanish discussing the problems. The salesman got very upset with that and kept trying to talk over the worker, telling him to stop talking and repeatedly told us he didn’t know anything. We both felt super uneasy about his reaction to that situation as it felt like he was trying to hide something. At that point the car was paid for and it was late. We just wanted to leave as we had over a 2hr drive home. Fast forward 100 days. I was told at 90 days my license plates should be in the mail for me. I never received them. I called to be told that they would be sent and I should get them within 3 to 5 days. It has been over a month now and that is the last I heard from this dealership. I have yet to receive my plates and the temporary ones on the vehicle now are expired. I have called, emailed, and texted numbers repeatedly since. 0 communication. There are extra fees when buying a vehicle and one of them are for the plates, title and registration, etc. I paid the fees and have no plates. I am aware now that the dealership has shut down and that is why I cannot get in touch with anyone. They shut down without communicating with existing customers in need or help finish up any services. Now I’m at risk for citations from the expired plates and will have to pay more money to have someone else give me new plates. I am having my vehicle thoroughly checked by a professional to make sure there is no issues. They told me there was a clean car fax but now I’m aware that they lie about clean car faxs to get the vehicles sold. If the vehicle comes back with problems that were not discussed then I plan on taking legal action at that time. This business is very shady and should not ever open again!
