Kupiłam auto dwa lata temu ze specjalnym insurance na zepsucia części mechanicznych za dodatkowe £600.. nie dajcie się na to nabrać..czemu? Ponieważ ten garaż kompletnie nie ma pracowników,więc co z tego że oczywiście w aucie jest usterka,ale można z nią oczywiście jeździć aż do momentu kiedy zatrudnia fachowca.. przez dwa lata czekałam 6miesiecy w kolejce - na cześć od producenta!! aż skończyła mi się gwarancja ?
Menagera Mark nie odpisuje na e-maile, kompletnie lekceważą klientów którzy już kupili auto.. oczywiście mogę jechać do innego garażu Vauxhall np w Falkirk
Brak słów na to jak postępują z klientem który już auto kupił i ma z nim problem. Nie wspominając o tym,że auto zostało sprzedane bez wcześniejszej informacje iż wcześniej był już w nim wymieniony silnik!! Najsłabszy salon w Edinburgh!!!!

I bought a car two years ago with special insurance for breakdown of mechanical parts for an additional £600.. don't fall for it.. Why? Because this garage has no employees at all, so what if there is a defect in the car, but you can drive with it until you hire a professional. For two years I waited 6 months in line - for a hello from the manufacturer!! until my warranty ? ran out
Manager Mark does not respond to e-mails, they completely disregard customers who have already bought a car. of course I can drive to another Vauxhall garage in Falkirk for example
There are no words on how they deal with a customer who has already bought a car and has a problem with it. Not to mention that the car was sold without prior information that the engine had already been replaced in it!! Edinburgh's weakest salon!!!

Purchased a used car from this dealer, all generally went fine until we realised they had not supplied the locking wheel nut key at the point we needed the car serviced. While it had been a while since we had purchased the car, the key had not been handed to us nor was it in the car.

Dealer was not interested in helping at all, and just indicated it wasn't covered under warranty and would do nothing further.

Unhelpful and will not use again.

Absolutely shocking service from Evans Halshaw. Seen an Astra on Auto Trader about a month ago that I liked as a company car for my new sales person. I called up and spoke to Aidan who said the car was available and I paid the £500 deposit. Should have been the easiest sale ever. Oh how wrong was I!! I told Aidan I needed the car asap and he said it would be the following week before it would be ready. The following week came and he called to say the car wasn’t ready as it needed a part and they were waiting for it to come in. As you can imagine I was very annoyed. Aidan said he would call me when he knew what was happening. Something to with the gearbox apparently. Fast forward the following week Aidan calls me back to say the part that was delivered was the wrong part and they had no idea when the correct part was coming and when the car would be ready. In the meantime I had to temporarily hire a car for my new employee the first week and now he is driving my wife’s car while she is on holiday. I asked Aidan 1 week ago to speak to his manager about resolving this and compensating me for all the hassle and inconvenience and the fact I am out of pocket for a hired car. No surprise that I have heard nothing!!! I have bought many vans and cars over the years for my business and I can honestly say I’ve never had such a horrible experience like this!! Why advertise a car and take a deposit if the car isn’t ready? Anyone considering using these cowboys I would strongly recommend that you don’t and go somewhere else. I still have no idea what is happening and it’s over 1 month.

Avoid this garage!
Bought a 2018 VW UP and told the car had been through their stringent ‘123’ point health check, only to have the service light come on after 2 days of ownership and then finding that one of the subframe mounting bolts were snapped. Had this verified at a trusted garage only to be told that the car is absolutely fine and the trusted garage is talking nonsense. Luckily bought the 3 year extended warranty. Next steps are taking the car back to my trusted garage and getting photos and the bolt marked in yellow chalk so that Evans Halshaw can see it. Been told this would be hard to miss but obviously this wasn’t picked by Evans Halshaws in depth vehicle checks. Disappointed from start to finish.
