Robert was helpful and supportive through my entire service. I was located in California and bought a Tesla Y. He provided detailed videos and pictures beyond the listing, in addition to testing the mechanics of the car. The overall paperwork was very transparent as he ensured I understood the breakdown for taxes, title, registration, fees, and car price. He was able to have dent work completed before shipping. Delivery was quick within 3 days from ship date. I will say the delivery vendor worried me since he couldn't speak English and had required assistance from us to guide him to back-up the car out from the freight. The only big thing is the low voltage battery ended up needing to be replaced which is not covered on warranty, which I found out after I took delivery so I don't know if they were aware when the car was being sold? I replaced it myself when receiving the car. I recommend inquiring if there are any notifications on the screen or dashboard. Otherwise, I recommend working Robert, he was great!

I went to Houston auto sales to take advantage of the 4K tax credit on used EV’s. Robert helped me out from start to finish. He is a great guy ethical and reasonable. They even stayed after hours to help me out! They sell quality cars and allow you to examine the car as much as you want. Very easy purchase process walked away after an hour and a half with the Tesla I wanted! Keep in mind there is $1000 appearance package you must pay as a mandatory fee. It covers interior and exterior damage but very little. This is not an uncommon practice for Houston dealerships and I found Houston auto sales to be more reasonable than other comparable dealerships.Would definitely buy a car from them again!

I had a very great experience here from the time i walked in the door until the time i left off the lot with my new car. All my questions got answered, got help with different insurance options and was provided a lot of great information that most other car dealerships wouldn’t tell you! I definitely would go back again to purchase another vehicle

Thank you Robert for a seamless transaction! We spent three days driving back and forth from San Antonio to look at and test drive vehicles for my daughter. This was our last viewing on day 3 and Robert was kind enough to stay late for us. They didn't rush us or haggle with us. She found the car she wanted and we made a deal within 15 min. Houston Auto Sales helped me get a car of my dreams. They went above-and-beyond to work with a 3rd party (DriveCaramel) to ensure I could take the Clean Vehicle credit up front. When I picked up the car, it was sparkling clean and stayed that way for a long time. They also had it fully charged (electric part) and fueled (gas part.) This is probably my final car. If it wasn't I would go back to them again. And the BMW I3 is such fun to drive!
